The Dude (Jeff Bridges) from the 1998 cult classic The Big Lebowski by Joel and Ethan Coen. In this scene Dude is driving along smoking and drinking, and then gets paranoid about a Volkswagen bug in his review mirror. So he tries to flick his roach out the window, but it gets blown back into his lap. He panics and tries to put it out by pouring beer in his lap, and loses control of the car.
