I guess this would be the Nazi version of Nyan cat. Not sure who made it, but I find it amusing and I don't know why. Let's see. Nyan cat has a rainbow, and rainbows are associated with gay people these days. Nazi's didn't like gay people. Cats have nine lives (nein). Nein means no. Nope no clue.
